Yes Bear23 - you are right in saying that you had read somewhere that Neb could only devote 40% of his time.

That is you are PARTLY right.

If you go to the announcement where the details about Neb are set out : Appointment of New Technical Director dated 6 Novemeber you will find the relevant comment towards the end.:
"Neb now consults to Newmont in his own right. He is available to the Company for some 25% of his time over the next six months rising to +50% of his time once some of his existing consulting commitments free him up."

So we are just over 3 months through that initial six months. By about the end of April Neb should increase his time allocation to "at least" 50% and the + would indicate that it will be more than that.

To have Neb giving ONE company more than half his time sounds pretty good to me.
