    Spot on As - i think this is a natural TO target for the French partner as soon as they get their gallic heads around the business and the cashflow. That said a stable or enhanced Zr and Ti price rally coinciding with a bit of eurozone growth (2013-2014) should easily see this in the 8.50 - 10.00 zone
