Lack of promotion and leadership

I'm growing impatient with management on this one. They have announced an amazing PFS and yet no one knows about it, because they've failed to promote it. I haven't seen them on the circuit at all.

Yes, over-promotion and under-delivering is a trap. We don't want a cowboy running the company. However under-promotion is equally as bad for a junior or startup. How can you possibly get adequate funding without exposure?

Time for me to take a good hard look at the track record of these guys.. do I want my money parked with them..
