p plus,
as you have alluded to one individual owns most of stp.That one individual is the ceo and my guess is that he will build the business up over the next couple of years and make sure its running like clockwork ie excellent cashflow,low debt etc etc etc.
imho I think he well sell the business to Transpacific at a share price far higher than the current sp.
STP would fit very well as a takeover target for Transpacific
