I agree somewhat with what you’re saying. But this is not just about real estate this is involving technology moving forward for the renter and only the niche rental market(no buy/sell) which I believe is lacking. Bring Bevan into the picture I see very little downside. Add into Greg’s comments from today he’s very confident in RentPay becoming the new normal.
You’re also comparing the companies from back in 1996 when the market was probably selling houses via news papers - how’d they sell them back in 96’ that’s the year I was born.
Give it ten years and I’d imagine you won’t be going to the likes of REA or DGH for rentals.
