lack of regular reports comming from cuo and m

Is it just my imagination or has there been a lack of regular reports comming from CUO and MXX since the merger announcements?

Both companies have so much going on there must be something to report to the poor floundring shareholders.

Is this poor info flow part of managements plan to get rid of disgruntled shareholders by encouraging them to dump their shares.

Will we see a string of production/discovery announcements once the merger is out of the way?
