May be Senegal have followed up on the fact that COP's subsidiary is about to be sold along with the assets of that company and at a substantial profit.
Perhaps Senegal need to confirm their tax obligations to Senegal if the deal goes through. Sounds a bit like the dispute CNE have with India. Just a thought that maybe on the agenda in Senegal at the moment !
