A few points on Petrosen.
1: I understand they waived the rights to pre empt on these leases.
2: They already have the right to back in for another 8% of our leases for no cost at all but do have to share in development costs once officially declared commercial.
3: They also have 10% of the huge gas discoveries made by KOSMO and may also have rights to back in for more.
4: They also have 10% ownership of all leases in Senegal and any discoveries made in them.
IMO given the above Petrosen has their hands full regardless of Pre emption and hopefully won't even back into SNE ...
