"A number of major companies have made unsolicited approaches to Latitude regarding Filipina Grande. Given the drill results to date the Company's management firmly believes that independent drilling of Filipina Grande is the most effective way to maximise shareholder value. Santa Dominga is an IOCG system with similar characteristics to Filipina Grande and is also located at low altitude in the Chilean Coastal Range

Three major companies have made visits to Latitude's El Teno copper-molybdenum porphyry project during January. Interest has been strong and follow up visits are being scheduled with a view to securing a Joint Venture partner. To date, Latitude has signed Confidentiality Agreements with three major mining companies; all parties have access to a full data package and will visit the El Teno site during October 2005 when the field season recommences.

The ground in the El Teno area has been recognized as highly prospective for large porphyry targets. Major companies such as Rio Tinto, Phelps Dodge and Codelco have staked claims both immediately around LACopper's El Teno project and in the surrounding area."
