Politics at a guess, this is the second time they have been pinged by the Chinese regulators. Parmalat got queried on temperature for fresh milk into China not so long ago and Parmalat are a subsidiary of Lactalis.
Mind you that (Lactalis buying out the reminder of Parmalat shareholders) is a battle in itself for those that follow the international dairy industry.
