Here is my 2c on the collaboration.
Why not just do it through the xjo thread...have a poll Sunday arvos and operate on a weekly basis. Use a vote system say with 10 - 20 people and say $100 each in the kitty to start. Focus on one index. Each person says rise or fall and their target. If the are more rises than falls in the vote then you go long for the week and take the average of the longs. With a stop loss of course. Only one position per week. If a person is not able to make the Sunday poll they just have to go with the consensus.
Once the kitty builds then you can invite more members. The cost being a percentage of the kitty.
Start small and grow into the biggest fish in the sea :)
