I think that may be so but the patient 28c bids keep getting hit and hit for exactly what has been bid for. I think there are still a few wanting to get out and they are offscreen and waiting to see bids at 28c. How much they have who knows but the few times it has ventured into 29c it has sold back to 28c. They wont take the 27.5c bid though so that must be their base price.
