Firsova very well said - Not sure that all agree but I would much rather have a stable share price and growth to look forward to. I think however the 1.5c ( 1c final and 0.5c interim ) is probably a given and that they wont want to deviate from that.
That said a growth company needs to make acquisitions initially and I think they need to get that sorted hopefully its not a long way away.
