Momentum is down and is increasing. All signals say "don't buy" at the moment. There may be a pause or small bounce above .31, but disciplined technical traders won't touch this to go long until it has turned the corner. Someone on this forum said it may bottom in the low 20's. This is entirely possible. However, if you are a longterm holder, there is no point trying to pick the short term bottom. The likelihood a year or two out is that this stock will be much, much higher.
