Looks like a few punters have woken up to the fact that Jan 10th is less than two weeks away! My tip is for a big fat settlement before the so-called expert starts rattling the Germans cage - not that I approve. However I cannot believe the Germans will voluntarily permit a situation to arise whereby a third party determines their wrongdoing and the obvious financial damages they will subsequently face. They would have to be mad to sit back and allow that to happen. Somebody has to say enough is enough and acknowledge the futility of throwing good money after bad. Of course having said all that as a shareholder I strongly advocate the company go for the jugular and tell the Germans to stick their crappy offer. Make them bleed. There is a need to make an example out of these knuckleheads so that when QPSX take on the Yanks - which is the main game in my book - they will know QPSX means business and does not cave in as soon as somebody starts waving a chequebook. Bring on CISCO!
