Definitely could be a double bottom around 1675, especially with how quickly we regained 1700. However, in the short and medium term, benefit of the doubt still goes to the sellers. We need to close above 1755 on the daily to create a higher high. I'm cautiously optimistc, this infrastructure bill might just be the answer but we've got a lot of work to do.
