    Hey, its underground coal gasfication we are talking about, not open cut or long wall mining of the coal.

    Nothing about Cougar's proposed operations will get in the way of JBP's view ... but it may keep him warm during winter lol.

    Lady BP's comments are simply an ambit claim imo.
