Good Morning Viewers.

Well, it was always going to be a challenge.

When CFE took control of the copperco assets,
25% of Lady Loretta was just a small thing over
in the corner.

WOW, to turn around and get 30 Million is a really
great result.

The way I see it the 75% holding of Lady Loretta by
Xstrata meant they could wait years and years and still
do nothing.

No, I think 30 Million in the bank so Sage and the team
can turn and flip is going to be another great decision.
