    I think LAF have the necessary acid mine drainage permits, but there are certainly concerns, I believe it has taken LAF over four years to obtain the necessary permits.
    I am uncertain of any remediation processes, but I think a man made 'dump site' is usually the norm these days? Not sure. It has taken LAF four years to get to this stage, all the environmental pertiments seem to be in place.
    I think Ausenco established a man made dump site with Chatree and Sepon without dumping sulphides in natural ecological systems. Not sure, but I do hope LAF's environmental permits and responsibilities are bonafide, since they have the support of locals I think all environmental remediation processes are ready to be take care of.
    Perhaps a quick ph. call to LAF's headquaters wouldn't go astray to straighten any issues
