This might be a wildest idea.... if there is a slow uptake of EDE products in Europe, is it logical to have a LafargeHolcim and EDE JV in Europe?
In this way, EDE shares the risks and the profit as well.....If the industry is slowing us down, then let them join us.... share the profit or share the money.. so everyone is happy.... It is human nature... they should be in it to support it...Whoever is the most influential organization in Europe for our products,ask them to be the ambassadors of EDE products...share the profit.... 50% of a huge company is better than 100% of a struggling company....
