I've tried having a look at the announcements from earlier this year (before the SP tanked, which is also before I bought into IMM). Is it the case that MV said that if the final 2b OS results are good (or very good as you said Hodgie), then IMM is going to make a case to the FDA and EMA for accelerated approval rather than going through a Phase 3?
