    All the REITs with properties in USA are up quite a bit today.
    RCU, CER, APZ etc

    No real interest in RNY. This should be the biggest mover in my opinion as it has some of the best locations and seems to be the most undervalued.

    There was some interest a couple of weeks ago, but seems to have fizzled recently.

    Occupancy still holding up well in the mid 80%'s. This should only improve.
