    Interesting to note the behaviour of CSE this week with it well and truly trailing +ve SYR moves. SYR +15%, CSE unchanged which in theory is well behind an implied NTA value of 16.42c (11m x 1.315 + $3.1m cash at bank). Any thoughts?
