D12 good points about the 'controlled" acceptance of lying in Islam.
One thing to note Islam is not the same as you would see in JudeoChristianity.
Islam have 3 created beings
1 Angels from Light (perfect)
2 Jinns from Fire or smoke from memory (can be good or bad)
3 Man from clay.
Satan is a fallen angel but in islam shaatan was once a Jinn. A creature lesser in order than that of an Angel.
So not a direct comparison with the Abrahamic faiths.
