Meerkat notwithstanding, this stock now has 4 irons in the fire and they all seem to have something going for them (at the moment). Some interesting trading oppotunities coming up here at least in the short term.
As a passing thought, I would be surprised if the AG would get involved in a mediation that had no chance of success. Politicians generally like to get on board when there is some opportunity to achieve an outcome. This is not meant to be a cynical view merely a realistic one.
