Despite claims that MR has done nothing wrong, and I don't dispute this claim, this publicity will not help RWD in my opinion. RWD has been tarred with the Native title brush for too long.
If a Mundine/Fairfax legal case does ensue and RWD is dragged into it somehow, could this impact on investment decisions made by third parties?
Furthermore if WDLAC is placed under investigation how could that impact on RWDs ability to negotiate on Karly? This would seem unlikely as they have already answered to various bodies.
I hope MR is paying very close attention to this. I doubt that he will comment on it.
