STB's mine won't be as big as RWD so will cost less and so mining rate won't need to achieve 400ktpa. By the time STB is ready to go infrastructure that will be built to support RWD's operation, road access etc, will be built and available to STB.
If I had made a million dollars on MAK and RWD, I would out enjoying it, not sitting at my computer dumping on STB.
