In all of Pet's history this is the only hint of a lack of success in any application. Possibly a situation less suited to phoslock; ie. brackish water, to much water inflow/outflow, also a small lake that is part of a vast canal/lake network with high nutrient load.
It will be interesting to see any followup stories, remedial plans etc.
