Lake Roe discovery could be a 1Moz monster, says Patersons

For people who aren't up to date with Lake Roe's possible potential and the region of the southern laverton tectonic zone that CAV's currently drilling within, its this zone which hosts a number of large gold deposits within it and and splays of to CAV's Lake Roe target area and is centered between Carosue Dam (3.5Moz) to the North and Karonie (.9 Moz) to the South. CAV's Lake Roe project is also situated within 10 km north and east of Breakers resources ( BRB ) emerging Bombara deposit, where Breaker has defined a substantial gold-arsenic-tellurium-molybdenum anomaly with results outlining potential for an extremely significant gold system.

It’s a major turning point in any exploration story. And this week it happened for Breaker Resources (ASX: BRB) and its rapidly emerging gold discovery at the Lake Roe project in WA.
In a note to dealers, Patersons Securities analyst Simon Tonkin became the first of his species to declare that Lake Roe, 100km east of Kalgoorlie, could be a one-million-ounce monster.
His commentary followed the release of more outstanding drilling results from Lake Roe, where Breaker has unveiled two discoveries, Bombora and Bombora North.
Breaker, which has market capitalisation of ~$20 million, announced that RC drilling between the two deposits had intersected significant sulphide mineralization.
In a crucial piece of information, the company said this suggested that the two areas could link up, forming a continuous 2.2km-long zone of gold mineralisation.
Breaker, which is run by highly regarded geologist Tom Sanders, also revealed that visible gold had been identified in the first two diamond drill holes at the south of Bombora North.
Assays are pending on all these holes. In the meantime, RC drilling is currently moving northwards towards the Bombora North discovery on a 200m drill line spacing to assess the remaining untested 800m.
The latest drilling results follow the recent announcement of the Bombora North discovery with assays of up to 12gpt over a 600m strike length.
“The reconnaissance RC visual results are very encouraging and suggest the potential for Bombora and Bombora North to link up which could form a continuous 2.2km zone of gold mineralization,” Tonkin said.
“We see a zone of this strike length (2.2km) and based on the results thus far has the potential to host 1Moz of gold. However, we note significant further drilling will be required and assays are awaited on these reported RC drill holes.
“It is also particularly encouraging that diamond drilling has identified visual gold on the southern-most RC drill line at Bombora North.”
Ten Bagger expects to see a lot more commentary on Lake Roe with a “1Moz” theme over coming weeks as Breaker releases further drilling results and analysts do their length by width by depth calculations.http://resourcesrisingstars.com.au/infopage/9034
