    1. drilling to 20 metres was fine. although WHE are going to drill deeper, unlike GPH, it is not necessary to drill to 100 metres deep; that was all 'show'

    2. two large expansive areas of deep potash

    3. large lake area, which will assist with the large water resource since a SOP project needs bucketloads of water
