Sounds like cross-promoting there and also a lack of proper consideration. Further, it includes a completely unsubstantiated remark of: "GPH is the premiere potash player".
SOP potash is produced in ponds at surface. Drilling to 100 metres as GPH have done is unnecessary. For example, AMN, which should release a massive JORC today (yes I hold, just as i held WHE prior to yesterday) has drilled to only 25 metres.
Importantly, a SOP project requires massive amounts of water. See the video at bottom.
The GPH project area is relatively tiny. For example, it is of similar size to the production ponds RWD hope to build. So with a land size that is so tiny, where are GPH going to obtain all of the water they would need for a SOP project of commercial scale?
Where as RWD, AMN and WHE have very large areas to both build ponds & obtain water. For example, RWD's ponds will comprise of 2.5% of their lake area & AMN are considering not even using an aquifer given their trenching alone may be sufficient for their water needs.
the RWD scoping study shows their pond size of around 8km x 5km, requiring 60-70 million cubic metres of brine delivered to the system each year. yet the original RWD JORC was done over around 50km x 40km, which shows how large Lake Disappointment is
the GPH lake ground is around 8km x 8km. Can GPH find so much water over a relatively small area of ground if they develop ponds on a reasonable scale?
a pond uses six inches of water (according to the video below). RWD would have 6,000,000 cubic metres of pond at six inches deep so it appears they need 10 times the amount of brine in relation to their water level since their scoping states:
A combination of trenches and deep wells supply brine to a pump lift station at the primary halite pond with some 60-70 million cubic metres of brine delivered to the system each year.
RWD propose to mine/create 4.2mt of ore to produce 400,000t of SOP
seems like SOP making is a large-input-scale-low-output activity
my assumptions above are naturally mere guesses since i have close to no idea, however i have certainly displayed far more consideration than you
the WHE project has a lake area of around 30km x 6km plus 30km x 8km and an overall area of around 100km x 13km
it has a very large catchment area for crucial water supply if it is going to consider building a world class SOP project of commercial scale
where as GPH have a very tiny amount of ground and there biggest task will not be finding potash ore but finding enough water
take care with that impulsive thunder
