Yeah I think if APC were generating money now, than yes it would be a no brainer provided the rest of lake wells stakes up according to what we have presently.
I am not so sure if S04 has the luxury to sit and wait for a big offer to come through. I think S04 are trying to raise as much cash as possible to deal with their issues.
