Can the Koran be SO misinterpreted to condone and actually encourage the wholesale slaughter, particularly by the personal beheadings of innocent humans? It seems so !

Has the Australian Government banned immigration from the muslim countries yet?
They should stop it until all muslims already here have assimilated, it may take a few centuries, so what?
