Your correct in that the exact quantities have yet to be announced but the Lilac process was designed to be used in arid areas. And the LKE CEO when I submitted this exact question at a recent Webinar stated that Cachi would be among the lowest if not the lowest user of fresh water. From memory he stated that they would use some non potable water treat it, use it and recycle it.
