Flow rates would be detrermined by diameter of drilling/tubing extracting oil mainly, but i would guess to say if we are connected to Bass Strait, then what we would love to know is the amounts of oil LKO will be privy to.

Also remember, the Victorian Government will get royalties from production which will be tied into current existing oil/gas pipelines to the local power station(Longford).

Being a good quality oil this will be very very attractive to authorities to help bring it all online commercially taking advantage of green house gas permits.

I don't know of a company yet who have infastructure in place due to the area already being an energy hub in Victoia.
