    Well Rinehart has got her way at Lakes in todays SH Meeting.
    She now has Plimer, Tonkin and Davis on a 7 person Board. Armour has 2/7.
    This leaves Rinehart with 20% of the shares but 40% of the Board and Armour with 20% of the shares and 30% of the Board. So I am not sure where they go from here.
