Prawn and salted egg:
250 gm raw prawns butter fly or other seafood or meat stir fry.
Coat in a little egg white.
in a pan lightly fry in 3 mm olive oil.
Serve
For the sauce fry the following:
2 salted duck egg yolks broken up.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoons of butter.
¼ to ½ pressed garlic cloves.
A splash of rice wine.
½ teaspoon scrimp sambal paste.
Thicken slightly with water and corn flour.
Serve the prawns with the sauce.
