I envisage your brilliant chairman will seek a release of liability for directors if he agrees to DOCA, the draft to date is only from HNC's perspective, horse trading going on behind the scenes will see fine detail emerge in DOCA, rare for a director to have such a large exposure as unsecured creditor.
If CMR goes into liquidation then VA should pursue this avenue, imagine the creditors meeting if that happens, Coffee House to vote on suing one of their boys!
