watso cannot recall doing lamb kidneys before - but anyway did them with some chicken strips , sauteed onion and vegies vegies ( broccoli, carrot, parsnip and celery - from a rtc soup pack)
also with plenty of curry powder and coarse mustard .
in all fairness - not bad at all
