I know we have done the lamb shank thing before but for the lovers I thought I better let you know coles Morley (Perth) currently have them on special for about $5 a kilo! I have just cooked some in a stock pot rather than the slow cooker with a mushroom, bacon , shallott ...... Sauce on a garlic mash and they are very good. Cheap! Cheers.
