i help a farmer when he has a kill. normally about 10 lambs and he gives me one. the lamb always tastes better if you have put a bit of effort into it.
when the farmer has some time off i take him fishing and he helps me with the cleaning.
about $140 at the farm gate for a good lamb and a good couple of hours work to break the body down unless you have all the right gear.
