surely you recall that it wasn't about him not holding a hose, but because he took off, in secret, to Hawaii for nice family holiday.....
instead of staying in charge of the nation and at the very least providing moral support to as many as he could possibly reach..... not a week later after he'd had a bit more of a break.
its the neglect of the nation nursery. if you can't see that please see your optometrist.
