hi Wassa. My limited understanding is that Africa and Russia pretty much have the PGE space tied up and both are political basket cases. The prices have been hammered because people have been told that the internal combustion engine is going the way of the Dodo. PGE’s are used for catalytic converters. I would love to invest in that space but there is nothing here in Oz. Interestingly hybrids have been increasing in popularity of late and they use quite a bit. Cheers.
