"Brokers are the major holders of all stocks"??? - wrong. Usually investement companies, individuals or company executives, especially in the case of small caps. Just go to the top 10 shareholders of any company. Usually its people like ANZ nominees. Brokers will act as agents for these people only.
For SWT the third major shareholder is the Chairman and the 4th another director. The major shareholders are all investment companies ( as of annual report). There are NO brokers up there. They made trade though.
Firstly - results are good. Thats why instos bought in at 11.5 cents. There has been no news since and volume has dropped, and the price slipped 0.5 cents today. Hardly worthy of comment. IN the meantime sales are way above the companies expectations. The figures were good just based on the old sales forecast.
And lastly, if you dont "pretend to understand this company" - why comment on it? Why not comment on companies you do pretend to understand? I don't mean that to sound nasty, just it is becoming very hard to find posts on here where someone has done any research at all. There are some exceptions, and more power to them. It would be good to hear about the companies you do own, and the research that made you buy it.
