I may be wrong, but has anyone heard about this?? So, according to Robert Shiller and his book/research he states that there are mechanisms in place, or that should be in place for the markets after 2008 that make it hard for the market to drop too low? Am i confusing this with a suggestion of his, or is this actually real, as for example there can be early market closes put in etc..
