Shut down maybe not but I wouldn't rule out more delays if a new government came into power.

Lynas does not have a long-term waste management plan or a permanent disposal facility.
The new government could easily demand these before they get the POL.
Now some might say they can recycle this into dry wall or road base but what if the government banned the sale of these products?
