I am not in any way saying that they should abort their lawful processes or their concern for their country and the risk of pollutants etc but this process we are held captive in should have long since been brought to a conclusion.
If the judge rules against Lynas tomorrow....then it's "all over red rover". They can kiss FI goodbye.
Lynas will eventually get the go ahead but it will be the last company that would bother them with investing in their future.
