Great to hear, I'm pretty sure they will get their permit, and I would hope they get it soon, and provide another SP boosting announcement.
However, i recall reading some Malay gov comments about how it takes 6 months to process such permit and they haven't receive an application from LYC yet. I hope that this isn't true. if it is, NC should have filled in taht application instead of wasting time with the crown sale :/
