There is a major error in argument logic of this article re catch 22, catch 90 etc. no mention is made of the 10 month window that exists to either A> provide design for PDF or B> commercialise waste recycle process. The article implies that no time window exists for Lynas to complete either / both of this actions. This is incorrect, they DO have 10 months.
