What are they going to base their decisions on?
I understand that the Malaysia government hope that the base of their decision is allow themselves on a minimum of political risk, so they hope that the best way is let the waste out of their country, but LYC'waste disposal Plan doesnt have this option. you cant said their such idea is "awful" because this is their scientific expert's advise.
